Current CCHS Band Students enrolled in a Band Class need to complete the Membership Information Form.

All Band Class Forms for the 2011-12 school year are ready to be viewed and completed. The 2011-12 Band Handbook will reviewed at school but will only be available online unless requested otherwise.
